Here’s what you need:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 lb. of baby carrots
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 onion, sliced
1 pound of green beans
Here’s how to put it together:
1. First, pour the olive oil and add the garlic to your slow cooker, then arrange the bottom with the baby carrots. Now you want to put the chicken thighs right over the carrots.
2. Next, season up your chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and vinegar. Then you want to top it all off with the onions!
3. Finally, put the lid on and start cooking on either low heat for 8 hours, or you can go with high heat for 4 hours.
